Our credit obligations

As an Australian Credit Licence holder, we are required to:

• Provide credit services efficiently, honestly and fairly;
• Have adequate arrangements in place to manage conflicts of interest;
• Meet financial requirements and have adequate compensation arrangements (Professional Indemnity Insurance);
• Be a member of an ASIC-approved External Dispute Resolution (EDR) scheme — we are a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), member number #34658;
• Comply with the responsible lending obligations under Chapter 3 of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.
